The 2023 Erie Shores Council Annual Business Meeting and January Executive Board Meeting will be held on Wednesday, January 25, 2023. at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 112 E. Wayne St., Maumee, and via Zoom.

Dinner (optional) will be served at 5:30 p.m. and the meeting will begin at 6:15 p.m. The cost for dinner is $18 and will be a buffet with meat and vegetarian lasagna options and a tossed salad. 

Attendance of voting members of the council is encouraged. The council is comprised of organizations that have Scout units, each of which appoints a Chartered Organization Representative. These, along with duly elected Members-at-Large and Executive Board, make up the voting body at this Annual Meeting. 

Please confirm your attendance by Friday, January 13, 2023. If you are able, we would prefer you to attend in person. Login credentials for the Zoom option will be emailed prior to the meeting.
