The Council Lodge, Ford Center, and camping facilities are available for day, evening, or weekend use for special events, dinners, training seminars, etc. for both Scout and non-Scout groups. Camp Miakonda is reopening for Scouting’s outdoor adventures!
With safety as our first priority, our plan to reopen Camp Miakonda uses this four-step approach:
Step 1 = Single Day Events (begins June 3)
Step 2 = Overnight Camping for Scouting Units (begins July 7 – pending state approval, restricted to Troops & Crews)
Step 3 = Select Outside Rentals (begins July 18 – pending state approval, currently restricted to our existing community partners)
Step 4 = Normal Operations (date to be determined)
Please see these two resources for further details on these four steps!
PLEASE NOTE: A cabin/facility/campsite is not considered reserved until payment is made.
