Scouting Youth Honors Banquet 2026

Each year, the Erie Shores Council hosts the Scouting Youth Honors Banquet to recognize youth who have earned the Eagle Scout Award and Summit Award. The event also honors those who received special distinctions during 2025, such as the Heroism Award, Honor Medal, Certificate of Merit, and the Order of the Arrow Vigil Honor.

The banquet experiences includes:

• Individual recognition from Erie Shores Council President, Commissioner, and Scout Executive.
• Inspirational keynote speech from Class Honoree Col. William Giezie.
• Recognition items exclusively available to the 2025 Eagle Scout and Summit recipients.
• Bring your family, invite friends, enjoy a delicious meal and fellowship with leaders!

The plated dinner includes:

• Sautéed Chicken Breast served with a Lemon Rosemary Sauce
• Vegan Stuffed Pepper (Vegan Option)
• Herb Roasted Red Skin Potatoes
• Miniature Carrots and Green Beans
• House Salad (Balsamic or Ranch Dressing) 
• Dinner Rolls and Butter
• Dessert

The cost for the event is $30 per person. Honored youth are free.

Honor your Scout's incredible achievement with a special "Shout-Out" in the official event program!

For just $25, your personalized message will be printed in the program to recognize their hard work and dedication. 

You can add your Shout-Out easily when you register for the event, just include your message during the registration process.
