Hello Coffee and Tea Lovers!

Thank you to more than 239 Scouts, and 40 Units who participated in the 2024 Coffee Sale! Great job by everyone involved!

Our sales totaled $40,095!

>Many of our Scouts are using the funds to attend their favorite summer camp, conduct unit programming, and purchase needed Pack, Troop, or Crew equipment for the future!

The BOGO sale on the coffee and tea is happening now at the Iott Scout Shop while supplies last!

Hello Coffee and Tea Lovers!

Our 2024 Coffee Sale has ended, and we would like to “espresso” our thanks to you! Sales have soared to over $40,000 and 40 units participated this year!

Due Friday, April 12th – How to Submit Scouts for Prizes

Submit all individual Scouts’ names and dollar amount sold by one of the following methods:

(Please note: List each individual Scout’s sales, not combined family sales).

Order Pick-Up

You will be notified once the coffee and tea have arrived and are ready for pickup. The tentative dates are May 9-10, 2024.

Hello Coffee and Tea Lovers!

Our 2024 Coffee Sale ends this Friday, April 5th, and final orders are due Monday, April 8th. Congratulations to all 41 Units that took this opportunity to help your Scouts raise extra funds for their camp and program!

The Council order will be placed on Tuesday so if you haven’t done so already, please place your order soon! Please note that there will not be any additional orders placed. At the conclusion of Take Order distribution, a small amount of extra inventory may be available on a limited cash and carry basis.

Don’t forget to submit your Scouts’ totals by Friday, April 12th to be entered into the prize drawings!

Due Monday, April 8th – Final Unit Take Orders

Please compile your Scouts’ orders and place one Unit Take Order to Council (please DO NOT send individual Scout order forms).

There is nothing better than enjoying a hot cup of coffee or tea when it is chilly outside. That is why we are excited about selling ground coffee and single-serve pods from Erie Island Coffee Co., along with loose-leaf tea options from Harney & Sons during our 2024 Coffee Sale!

Your unit will receive a 30% commission on your total sale to help fund summer camp, high adventure treks, or even new equipment! All Scouts that participate in the 2024 Coffee Sale will be eligible for prizes and rewards.

We are excited to announce our 2024 Coffee Sale, running from March 1 to April 5, to provide an opportunity for Scouts to earn money for their Scouting adventures and unit equipment.

Featuring ground coffee and single-serve pods from Erie Island Coffee Co., as well as loose-leaf tea options from Harney & Sons, this sale promises great success!

Units will receive a 30% commission, with a portion of the proceeds supporting Erie Shores Council and camp operations. Scouts who participate will be eligible for prizes and rewards.
