The Training Day at Miakonda is designed for Scouting volunteers and Scouts who want to strengthen their leadership skills and enhance their Scouting knowledge. Led by experienced volunteer trainers, these sessions will provide practical guidance, proven strategies, and fresh ideas you can bring back to your Unit.

Throughout the day, you'll have the opportunity to network with other dedicated leaders, exchange experiences, and discover new resources, tools, and best practices to help you deliver a fun, safe, and high-quality program for your Scouts.

***There are courses available for both youth and adults

We will have childcare available to the leaders who have young children that need watched during the training.
