Camp Frontier Pre-Camp Meeting (Week 6)

Who Should Attend?  The Pre-Camp Leaders Meeting should be attended by Scoutmasters, adult camp leaders, and Senior Patrol Leaders. (SPL's are encouraged but not required to attend.)

What To Bring?

• Completed Scouting America Health Forms to be submitted for early review by the Camp Health Officer
• Completed Informed Consent and Release Agreements for ALL Scouts and Leaders
• Proof of Scouting America membership verified by copies of current membership cards OR a copy of the current Pack charter with highlighted names
• Any additional permission forms required for ATV or Aviation
• Any remaining payments due for camp
• Order of the Arrow rosters for callout. (Out of council troops must have a letter from their home lodge)

What To Pick Up?

• A copy of your Troop's fee summary
• A copy of your Troop's finalized merit badge selections
• Any early bird hat or pre-sale T-shirt orders
