Who Should Attend? At least two representatives from each pack should attend the meeting. More are always welcome.
What To Bring?
- Completed Scouting America Health Forms to be submitted for early review by the Camp Health Officer
- Completed Informed Consent and Release Agreements for ALL Scouts and Leaders
- Proof of Scouting America membership verified by copies of current membership cards OR a copy of the current Pack charter with highlighted names
What To Pick Up?
- A copy of your Pack's fee summary
- A copy of your Pack's finalized roster
