Eagle Bay Webelos Overnight

by attending the Eagle Bay Webelos Overnight on Tuesday, July 22, 2025!

Dates & Times:

Check-In on Tuesday, July 22nd at 3:00 PM at the White Star Barn
Site/Tent Set-up from 3:00 pm - 3:40, Opening flags at 3:45 and the Webelos | AOL Overnight program begins at 4:00 PM and will end at 7:45 AM on Wednesday July 23rd with the beginning of Eagle Bay Day Camp.

Cost includes one T-Shirt, custom patch, full-time medical staff, BSA-trained volunteer staff,
program, three meals (Tuesday supper, Wednesday breakfast and lunch).

 

Registration Fee Schedule: $50 per Scout 

Each Scout should be accompanied by his/her adult partner 21+ if not registered as a den with proper two-deep leadership.

Theme: Amazing Cub Scout Race

This overnight experience is designed to challenge and engage our rising scouts while giving them a firsthand connection to the local troops they will soon be joining. They can expect challenges from fire building to setting up "Tent City" and ending the night in the ever popular Rootbeer Cantina!

Health Forms:

The Boy Scouts of America has established minimum standards for providing medical information prior to participating in various activities. Those standards are offered in one three-part medical form.Parts A and B are to be completed annually by all BSA unit members. Please make a copy of your health forms. They will not be returned at the completion of Day Camp. To ensure the check in on the first morning goes smoothly without delay, upon your online registration you will receive a secure link to submit your annual BSA Health Form.

Please do not send BSA Health Forms to the council office or electronically.
