Eagle Bay Webelos Overnight
Continue your summer camping experience at White Star Park
by attending the Eagle Bay Webelos Overnight on Tuesday, August 1st, 2023!

Dates & Times:
Check-In on Tuesday, August 1st at 3:00 PM at the White Star Barn
Site/Tent Set-up from 3:00-3:45 PM
The Webelos Overnight program begins at 4:00 PM and will end at 8:00 AM on Wednesday
August 2nd 2023 with the beginning of Eagle Bay Cub Day Camp.
Cost includes one T-Shirt, custom patch, full-time medical staff, BSA-trained volunteer staff,
program, three meals (Tuesday supper, Wednesday breakfast and lunch).
Registration Fee Schedule:
$25 Early Bird Registration Fee (per person) by May 31st, 2023
$35 Registration Fee (per person) June 1st - June 26th, 2023
Registration will be submitted online with a registration deadline of June 26th, 2023!
Each scout should be accompanied by his/her adult partner 21+

Camper Club gift certificate:
PLEASE NOTE: When you register for Eagle Bay Day Camp/Webelos Overnight online, please
call 419-843-0107 after you add your selections to the cart but before paying any fees if you
wish to use your Scout's Camper Club gift certificate.
Health Forms:
The Boy Scouts of America has established minimum standards for providing medical information
prior to participating in various activities. Those standards are offered in one three-part medical form.Parts A and B are to be completed annually by all BSA unit members. Please make a copy of your health forms. They will not be returned at the completion of Day Camp. To ensure the check in on the first morning goes smoothly without delay, upon your online registration you will receive a secure link to submit your annual BSA Health Form.
Please do not send BSA Health Forms to the council office or electronically.
