What Is Jamboree?

Jamboree is more than a destination. It’s the adventure of a lifetime. And there is simply nothing else like it on the planet.

What’s a Jamboree? It’s not camp. National Jamboree is 360 degrees of fun, friends, and fellowship with hands-on adventure that takes you places you never thought you’d go and challenge you to try things you never thought you could.

It’s the beginning of your own hero's journey that will challenge you to go farther than you ever thought possible. You’ll reach deeper and lift yourself higher to become the best version of yourself.

Experience the best of Scouting in one place!

We will participate in and experience stadium shows, merit badges, zip lines, patch trading, whitewater rafting, mountain hiking, new friends, and challenging adventures!

You’ll want to be at the Summit Bechtel Reserve in 2026.

National Jamboree is open to male & female youth who are at least age 12 & First Class rank by July 22, 2026. Once our patrols are filled, a stand-by list of alternates will be established. Adult participants (male & female) will support the youth and enjoy the Jamboree experience!

We will send both male and female Scouts BSA patrols, and possibly a coed Venturing crew.

Our council contingent is planned for 30+ participants. We are seeking adult contingent leadership.

Please complete the interest form below and indicate if you are a youth participant, an adult participant, and if interested in serving as a contingent leader.
