Northwest Cub Family Camp

Have you ever asked a potential new Cub Scout, do you like Archery, BB Guns, or BMX Bikes? More times than not, they'll answer an enthusiastic YES! The Cub Family Camp is the place to go for Cub Scouts to find the adventure of Scouting!

Saturday dinner includes pizza, salad, and dessert. There will be a non-denominational religious service, a campfire full of silly songs and Cub Scout skits, a night hike, and a grab and go breakfast on Sunday.

The campout is open to the entire family. Tent and day campers are $10 each, and cabin campers are $15 each (Cabin spaces will be assigned as a "first come, first serve" basis) Please register as a Pack. Check-in between 8:00am and 10:00am Saturday, stations run from 10:30am-12:00pm, break for lunch and contiune from 2:00pm-5:30pm.

Preliminary Program stations include: Archery, BB guns, BMX bikes, Log Branding, Whomp Biscuits, Scout Pies, Disabilities Awareness, Fire building, Obstacle Course, Fishing, Popcorn, Rope Bridge, Scout Mobiles, Rope, Museum, Trading Post, and more!

Wolves, by working with your den leader, you could complete Wolf Adventure: Call of the Wild 1. While a Wolf Scout, attend a pack or family campout.

Bears, by working with your den leader, you could complete these requirements: Bear Adventure: Bear Necessities 1. While working on your Bear Badge, Camp overnight with your Pack. 2. Attend a campfire show, and participate by performing a song or skit with your den. 3. Make a list of the items you should take along on your campout.

Advance registration now thru September 30, 2017.

Walk-ins are welcome at Camp Miakonda on October 7, 2017 starting at 8:00am.
