The Northwest District invites all volunteers, parents and Scouts to attend an evening dedicated to recognizing exceptional thier service and commitment to Scouting. The Northwest District Dinner is a time-honored tradition that brings together our District volunteers and families to celebrate the impact of Scouting in our community.

The evening’s program will include the presentation of adult training awards, the distinguished District Award of Merit, and the Northwest District’s special honors—the “Of the Year” Awards and the Art Morz Spirit of Scouting Award. These recognitions highlight individuals whose dedication exemplifies the values and mission of Scouting America.

Unit leaders and parents are encouraged to participate in the nomination process by submitting “Of the Year” nominations for deserving youth and adult volunteers within their units and throughout the District. Your involvement ensures that outstanding service does not go unrecognized.

We invite you to join fellow volunteers and Scouts for an evening of fellowship, reflection, and appreciation as we honor those whose service strengthens our units, our District, and the Scouting movement.

Schedule:

• 6:15 PM – Fellowship & Dinner - please bring a side dish or dessert to share, the District will provide the entree 

• 7:15 PM – Recognition Program

Registration: $10 per person, RSVP by May 11 at the Iott Scout Shop or email Ellen.Watkins@scouting.org to pay at the door
