The images above include the different Recruitment Flyer templates and Peer-to-Peer Cards options.

Erie Shores Council is now offering units the ability to order recruitment resources directly from Council. These materials can be used to help recruit new Scouts and adult leaders.

Please follow these instructions to complete your request:  

  • For recruitment flyers, please select and download the appropriate flyer template below:
    • Flyer Template #1 is used for flyers:
      • Flyer B - Something for everyone - Cub Scouts (boys or girls)
        • 2-sided flyer with preprinted back.
    • Flyer Templates #1 or #3 can be used for flyers:
      • Flyer D - Adventure On - Cub Scouts (boys & girls)
        • 1-sided flyer with blank back.
      • Flyer F - Adventure On - Scouts BSA (boys & girls)
        • 1-sided flyer with blank back.
      • Flyer G - Adventure is Calling! - Venture Crews (boys & girls)
        • 1-sided flyer with blank back.
    • Flyer Template #2 is used for flyers:
      • Flyer C - Catch the Moment - Cub Scouts (boys only)
        • 1-sided flyer with blank back.
      • Flyer E - Big Smiles - Lions (boys & girls)
        • 1-sided flyer with blank back.
      • Flyer H - Canoeing - Venture Crews (boys & girls)
        • 1-sided flyer with blank back.
    • Units can request to add additional information (i.e. unit calendars) to flyers with blank backsides.
      • Additional information requests can only be 1 page in length, not colored, or have excessive black ink sections.
  • Complete the form below.
    • Upload a copy of your template(s) with your unit's information.
  • Click Submit.

Please allow at least 1-2 weeks for your request to be completed. A pdf proof of your template(s) is available upon request, this will be emailed to the contact person for review/edits before the final printing is completed.
