Erie Shores Council is now offering the ability for units (Packs, Troops, and Crews) to order recruitment resources directly from the Council. These materials can be used to help recruit new Scouts and adult leaders.

Please follow these instructions to complete your request:  

  • For recruitment flyers, please select and download the appropriate flyer template below:
    • Flyer Template #1 or #3 are used for flyers:
      • Flyer B - Race into Scouting (boys & girls)
        • 1-sided flyer with blank back.
        • Limited quantity.
      • Flyer E - Adventure On (boys & girls)
        • 1-sided flyer with blank back.
        • English & Spanish.
        • Limited quantity.
      • Flyer G - Adventure On (boys & girls)
        • 1-sided flyer with blank back.
        • English & Spanish.
      • Flyer H - Adventure is Calling! (boys only)
        • 1-sided flyer with blank back.
        • Limited quantity.
      • Flyer I - Adventure is Calling! (boys only) - version 2
        • 1-sided flyer with blank back.
        • Limited quantity.
      • Flyer L - Adventure is Calling! (boys & girls)
        • 1-sided flyer with blank back.
        • Limited quantity.
    • Flyer Template #2 is used for flyers:
      • Flyer C - Catch the Moment (boys only)
        • 1-sided flyer with blank back.
      • Flyer F - Big Smiles (boys & girls)

    • Flyer Template #4 is used for flyers:
      • Flyer D - Campfire (boys only)

      • Flyer J - Climbing Tower (boys only)
        • 1-sided flyer with blank back.
        • Limited quantity.
      • Flyer M - Adventure is Waiting (boys & girls)
        • 1-sided flyer with blank back.
        • Limited quantity.
    • Flyer Template #5 is used for flyer:
      • Flyer K - Reach your Potential (girls only)
        • 1-sided flyer with blank back.
    • Flyer Template #6 is used for flyer:
      • Flyer A - Something for everyone (boys or girls)
        • Two options available:
          • Option 1 - 1-sided flyer with blank back.
          • Option 2 - 2-sided flyer with preprinted back.
  • Units can request to add additional information (i.e. unit calendars) to flyers with blank backsides.
    • Additional information requests can only be 1 page in length, not colored, or have excessive black ink sections.
  • There are no templates for the following resources:
    • Candy Stickers.
    • Scout Talk Stickers.
    • Peer-to-Peer Cards.
  • Scout Talk Stickers will come with:
    • The unit (Cub Scout, Scouts BSA, Venturing Crew, etc.) logo.
    • A QR code that sends people to your unit's online sign-up page.
    • The contact email for your Field Staff representative.
  • Peer-to-Peer Cards will come with information about your event.
  • Complete the form below.
    • Upload a copy of your template(s) with your unit's information.
  • Click Submit.

Please allow at least 1-2 weeks for your request to be completed. A pdf proof of your template(s) is available upon request, this will be emailed to the contact person for review/edits before the final printing is completed.
