Popcorn: Show and Sell Schedule

NOTE: Only Unit Kernels should be signing up for time slots. Parents and Leaders, please contact your Unit Kernel.

• When signing up, be considerate and leave opportunities for others as well.

• Only reserve timeslots that you are confident will be covered

• Additionally, consider reaching out to local businesses in your community to explore additional Show & Sell opportunities for your Unit.

If your unit is unable to cover a scheduled time slot, please release it as soon as possible using one of the methods below.

Please note: Releasing a slot through SignUpGenius is immediate. Processing requests submitted through the online form may take several days.

Option 1: Release Your Time Slot in SignUpGenius (Preferred Method)

1. Log in to your SignUpGenius account.

2. If you don’t have an account, create one using the email address where you received your assignment notifications.

3. Go to your Dashboard.

4. Click on “Signed up” from the dropdown menu.

5. Locate the Show & Sell Sign Up and open it.

6. Find your assigned time slot and click the “X” or “DELETE” button.

7. Confirm the deletion.

Option 2: Submit a Release Request Form

1. Complete the form below to make the time slot available for another Unit.
