Every campout, service project, Eagle project, ceremony, hike, and meeting has a story worth telling. By sharing highlights from your event, you help us showcase the adventures, achievements, and impact of Scouting throughout Northwest Ohio.

What to Include

The best event recaps answer a few simple questions:

• What was the event?

• When and where did it take place?

• Who participated?

• What activities or accomplishments made the event special?

• Were any awards, recognitions, or milestones celebrated?

• Did the Scouts complete a service project or community impact activity?

Photo Tips

Great photos help bring your story to life! When possible, submit:

• High-resolution images.

• Photos that show Scouts actively participating.

• A variety of action shots, group photos, and candid moments.

• Brief captions identifying people, activities, or awards when appropriate.
