Registration Scholarship Application

Please complete the Registration Scholarship Application below, if your family needs financial assistance.

Financial assistance is available for the following items:

  • Membership fees
  • Scout handbooks

Financial assistance is only available to Scouts.

You only need to complete one Registration Scholarship Application for your family!

Paper applications need to be turned into Michael Smith, Registrar/District Assistant with Erie Shores Council. Once your application has been received, it will be reviewed to see if your child(ren) meet the qualifications needed for approval.

Please do not pay any registration fees for your Scout(s) until you have heard back from Council.

The Council will send out an approval/denial letter to the family by mail (a digital copy of the letter will be sent to the Key 3 leadership of the Pack/Troop/Crew). Those who are approved for a discount on their handbook(s) must bring their letter with them to the Iott Scout Shop in order to receive the discount.

Hard copies of the Registration Scholarship Application are available in the Jadel Leadership Center.
